“FEI’s
main concern has always been and will always be the welfare of the
horse. We are taking the issues raised in the video and in the comments
made by viewers very seriously and have opened a full investigation. The conclusions of this investigation will be made public in due course”

I don't do Facebook but J. does and she belongs to this Blue Tongue group. I wouldn't doubt he'll be hearing from her. Wonder how much this will help.
I reactivated my Facebook account purely to join this group - and of course have now gotten sucked back in to the entire vortex!
I think it's telling that he's there and opening up the dialogue - I think it means they're at least trying to appear that they care, and hopefully the outcry has them worried about how this is going to play out if they don't do the right thing.
It's still important for people to voice their objections to RollKur. The heat needs to stay on so the FEI can't count on the whole thing just fizzing out.
i know what you mean, i never use my facebook account (kind of like my blog these days :-\ ) but it's good for this kind of thing. i wrote a letter, so i'll let you know if i get a response. maybe this episode was the catalyst we needed to finally be heard. i hope something good comes of it.

Wow! It's really inspiring to see the response this has gotten! I do hope it doesn't fizzle out as well, and instead encourages real change.
