What a treat to come and see so many great photos of the horses. Very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing this.

You're welcome. I had such a good time snapping the photos, not really knowing exactly what moment I had captured. As you can see, I had a very hard time leaving any out!

billie I loved the pictures, it was like watching the horses play, and I think part of it was that you posted so many, and some a bit blurry, or with horses in and out and here and there in the frame, it was like video, almost. a slideshow of the images with music? or some spoken word piece, rain noise, horse noise, it would be lovely, they'd be movie stars, not that they'd care, how wonderful it must be just to move for the sake of the movement and not second-guess everything.

Thank you, shara - the blurriness is actually fog and rain! I loved seeing the ones leaving the frame as I snapped the shutter, not sure how much I was capturing. My picture-taking was as free as their play was.

What a great frolic.

Loved the photos ... all of them! You are so lucky to have all that turn-out room for them!

Thanks, Strawberry Lane - the best part of the arena is that it drains so well. It's some sand but lots of screenings, and when the horses come out from playing in there on a rainy (or any) day, their hooves are clean as a whistle.
