Let's call it what it is, a torture tool. If you want your horse to pay attention to you, develop a relationship with him/her and get quieter, not louder with inducing pain. Sigh.

Jeez, maybe they could electrify it for even faster results! Who the hell thought of this nonsense. I hope nobody buys it and encourages this kind of invention.
Take the time to work with your horse and help him understand what you want from him. It's the only way to interact with a partner.
