I must admit that I am always drawn to these old places so full of history. I'd love to be there writing something along with everyone else. Enjoy yourself.
Billie, the reserved stateliness of it all! Now I know where I belong - do they need a donkey emeritus on the premises? The woman says I could just pretend to be one of the overstuffed couches - you can see what I mean about her having a Neanderthal close up in her pedigree...I just know I could be an enormous help to you if I were there but no, here I am in a snowbank. How I envy you.
Sheaffer, you would be the PERFECT emeritus. I'll try and get a few more photos up for you. You would absolutely love it here, and could keep us all working well, I have no doubts.

Looks like there is a spot there for your picture to hang in a few years. . .
Wish you were here, Arlene. Between horses and words, it's the best of both worlds. :)
Matthew, that's a nice thing to say. I'm working hard on it. :)

What a cozy place to write, too.
I'm picturing myself sipping a cup of Earl Grey and delving into an exciting mystery novel :)

I had Prince of Wales tea and I did manage to get some reading in each day. This is such a lovely place to be and write.
