All great pictures. Tell your daughter she is a wonderful action photographer. Hope you're enjoying your hiatus.

What great photos. Your daughter has a quick and observant eye. Are you back or is this a little taster? It has been nice to be meeting you on my blog meanwhile.

I guess I should put a disclaimer for any non-donkey folk:

No donkeys were harmed in any way during the taking of these photographs.

(and neither was the horse!)

I am assuming that all who know donkeys can see that it is Redford, miniature firecracker extraordinaire, who is instigating this entire play sequence!

Cody seems to enjoy it immensely - and Rafer Johnson is happy to let Cody have the little red donkey for a few play sessions per day.

those photos are amazing! wish i could take pics like that!

i love to see good old-fashioned horse (and donkey ;-) play, so long as no one is seriously hurt. before sami joined the herd, it was always donnie, aka 'donkey' who started all the games, and he fights just like a donkey, too!

glad to see they are enjoying themselves in this warm weather!
