As you can read in the anonymous comment left by someone stating that she is Tracey Wallace, the information in that comment is not entirely truthful when compared to court documents in the public record as linked above.
Tracey Wallace appears to be connected to Triple N Livestock page on Facebook, which you can see HERE
The name Tracey and the same phone number as in the comment appear on this FB page, which states that Triple N Livestock provides alfalfa sales, livestock sales, and transportation. There is no last name or location information on this page, which I find concerning. The last post was in 2024 so they may be operating another page at this time.
I would not allow Kylie Lenore Parker, Austin Wayne Simpson, nor Tracey Wallace anywhere near my animals, equine or otherwise.
I would not support this company in any way, due to dishonesty as noted most recently in the comment left on this blog, employment of or possibly being people who have been found guilty of equine abuse and are currently on probation for that crime, and who may be violating the conditions of probation. I do not know if that is true or not true, but most people with knowledge of this case believe they continue to have illegal contact with horses.
If I had any knowledge of either of these individuals doing anything beyond transporting hay I would report it to their probation officer and to the Cumberland County Superior Court in NC.
January 2026 update, from an anonymous commenter:
One year later update—they are trying desperately to push into VA and MD markets to sell hay. I did some thorough digging and am extremely confident that Trey Wallace is an alias account. The phone number used for the business is registered to Anthony R Parker of MO (likely her relative). “Trey’s” sales page, Triple N Livestock is connected to Austin’s relative Tracey Simpson (maiden name Wallace), listing “Tracey” as the name connected with the same phone number. If you watch the sales videos, you can see Austin’s face and Kylie in the background of another video (anyone else find it strange that sales videos intentionally cut out the rider’s head up close??). Anyways, they’re banned from owning horses for life and are absolutely working around those rulings.
Thank you for this blog, as it has been critical for those of us out of state to get ahead of this!
Me: These two convicted horse abusers are apparently not following the ruling handed down that they are not to own or work with horses. If you encounter them, keep them away from your horses. And go a step further: report them to NC court system. They shouldn’t earn a penny from anything to do with horses, including selling hay.
*******
He is reportedly employing and covering up the fact that two known horse abusers, whose trial is still pending in NC, are not only working for him but handling horses. They should never be allowed to be in the vicinity of horses again.
This is just one of the people posting about this on FB today, sharing personal experiences with Trey Wallace, Austin Wayne Simpson, and Kylie Lenore Parker. These two people are known to be using fake names, accounts, and information online to hide their identities because so many people will have nothing to with them knowing what they have done.
The foal they maliciously abused died from those injuries after months of rehab and professional vet care in the hands of reputable rescuers.
It is tragic but not surprising that their young son is acting with the same abusive behaviors they have been videoed using on foals and horses.
If you have or witness any abusive behaviors from any of these people call 911 and report them to the authorities.
