A little more Monterey Bay Aquarium
I found more photos and am resisting the urge to post them all here, but these capture a little more of the magic that was there.

These guys were so intriguing to watch.
A plaque in the building summed it up perfectly and reminded me that I used to watch his TV show when I was young!

Please. Who or what are "these guys"? They look like they have eyes but they also look very plant like.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Hi, Portia, they are garden eels. Here’s a little snip of video someone posted from the aquarium - they are very mesmerizing to watch!

I used to watch his show too when I was younger. Very interesting creatures, have never seen them before.
ReplyDeleteA, they were fascinating. Thinking of you today and hoping you have got some springtime weather on your hands!
ReplyDeleteThanks! We actually got up to 51 today with sunshine. Yeah! J. rode Rosie this morning. It went well. I'll work with her this week and ride her next weekend. J. is my crash test dummy since Rosie hasn't been ridden since November. Have a great Easter.
ReplyDeleteYay for 51 and sunshine! And yay re: Rosie. Guess who is trying out Cody tomorrow for ME? I feel okay trying Keil Bay but Cody not as much, which daughter says makes no sense at all. Happy Easter to you too!!
ReplyDeleteDancing eels!
ReplyDeleteThey were definitely moving!
