  5. I guess I should put a disclaimer for any non-donkey folk:

    No donkeys were harmed in any way during the taking of these photographs.

    (and neither was the horse!)

    I am assuming that all who know donkeys can see that it is Redford, miniature firecracker extraordinaire, who is instigating this entire play sequence!

    Cody seems to enjoy it immensely - and Rafer Johnson is happy to let Cody have the little red donkey for a few play sessions per day.

  6. those photos are amazing! wish i could take pics like that!

    i love to see good old-fashioned horse (and donkey ;-) play, so long as no one is seriously hurt. before sami joined the herd, it was always donnie, aka 'donkey' who started all the games, and he fights just like a donkey, too!

    glad to see they are enjoying themselves in this warm weather!
