  1. I must admit that I am always drawn to these old places so full of history.
I'd love to be there writing something along with everyone else. Enjoy yourself.

  2. Looks like there is a spot there for your picture to hang in a few years. . .

  3. Wish you were here, Arlene. Between horses and words, it's the best of both worlds. :)

  4. Matthew, that's a nice thing to say. I'm working hard on it. :)

  5. Billie, the reserved stateliness of it all! Now I know where I belong - do they need a donkey emeritus on the premises? The woman says I could just pretend to be one of the overstuffed couches - you can see what I mean about her having a Neanderthal close up in her pedigree...I just know I could be an enormous help to you if I were there but no, here I am in a snowbank. How I envy you.

  6. Sheaffer, you would be the PERFECT emeritus. I'll try and get a few more photos up for you. You would absolutely love it here, and could keep us all working well, I have no doubts.

  7. What a cozy place to write, too.

I'm picturing myself sipping a cup of Earl Grey and delving into an exciting mystery novel :)

  8. I had Prince of Wales tea and I did manage to get some reading in each day. This is such a lovely place to be and write.
